Simply Cosmetics Wholesale is intended for licensed resellers and registered businesses only. We reserve the right to request verification of your reseller license or business registration at any time.

To place orders, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order for any reason. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods as displayed at checkout.
4. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be applied unless you have submitted a valid reseller certificate. For tax exemption, please see our Sales Tax Exemption page.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly shipped items. All return requests must follow the process outlined in our Return & Refund Policy and be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. No restocking fee applies for authorized defective returns.

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and product data—is the property of HL America Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
HL America Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products purchased through it.

We reserve the right to request additional verification for orders exceeding $1,000 or in cases where fraud is suspected. Orders may be paused until verification is complete.
