Refund & Return Policy

⚠️ All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

At Simply Cosmetics Wholesale, we serve business owners and licensed resellers. As a wholesale supplier, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure product integrity, pricing transparency, and supply chain reliability.


⚠️ Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or incorrect.
  • All products must be in their original, sealed packaging.
  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, overstock, or unsold items.
  • A full unboxing video is required to process any return or refund. No exceptions.

🛠 Defective or Damaged Items

Due to the nature of bulk orders, a 1–2% defect rate is considered acceptable and will not qualify for returns.

Returns will be approved only when:

  • The defect clearly exceeds the acceptable rate.
  • The damage is clearly shown in the unboxing video.
  • Supporting photos are provided.

🔄 Exchanges

  • We only accept exchanges for items that are defective or incorrectly shipped.
  • All exchange requests must follow the same process as returns, including a full unboxing video and supporting photos.
  • We do not accept exchanges due to change of mind, unsold inventory, or overstock.
  • If a replacement is not available, we may issue store credit or a refund at our discretion.

🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement

To request any return, you must:

  • Record a continuous video starting before the box is opened.
  • Clearly show all items being unpacked.
  • Show close-ups of any damaged or incorrect items.

Without video, no return or refund will be processed.


📦 Return Submission Instructions

Please email us at buyfromsimply@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Description and photos of defective items
  • A link to your unboxing video (e.g. Google Drive or Dropbox)
  • Whether you are requesting a refund or store credit

All returns must:

  • Include all original packaging and a copy of the invoice
  • Be shipped via USPS or with a return label provided by our team

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are processed.
  • Once shipped, we cannot modify or cancel your order.

🔐 Order Acceptance

  • Orders over $1,000 require verification before processing.
  • We reserve the right to accept, decline, or modify orders at our discretion.
